Counting Down to Moving Day…

4 days ’til final move in…   Window signs installed today!!!  Moving in some of the furniture.  Looking good!

8 days to go. Painted accent wall last night!  Wrapping up signage and ordered new business cards!

9 days and counting down. Getting ready to paint the accent wall tonight. Here’s to hoping all goes well! Very Exciting.

10 days until Elbe Body is at the new studio! Thank you Wiede for helping me prep for painting tomorrow. That should be fun.

11 days until the big move. Going to pick out a ceiling fan and some paint for an accent wall. After I’m settled in, need to plan a party!

12 days then Elbe Body takes on Kilter Fitness. The room seems small but the ceiling is WAY tall! It’s going to be fabulous.

My name is Linda Elizabeth Koop, aka Linda Beth. Being the fifth of five sisters, I was soon referred to as LB and it stuck. As I was contemplating the name for my business, I wanted to relate the feeling of calm and tranquility to a name that was unique and undiscovered. I have always been fascinated with sandwiching the LB between two E's to create ELBE (pronounced LB) Before I went too far, I did a bit of research and found that Elbe is actually the name of a river in Germany. Being of German descent, I saw this as providence and settled on the name Elbe Body.
